By accessing or using COMMUNEX (the "Platform"), operated and powered by RiyadaX9 ("RiyadaX9", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
COMMUNEX is a community intelligence and matchmaking platform. It aggregates community directories, visualizes ecosystem relationships, and provides estimated opportunity indicators to help communities and their members discover potential collaborations.
The Platform is an informational and introductory tool only. It does not provide business, financial, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind.
All opportunity scores, collaboration estimates, revenue projections, match percentages, and similar figures shown on the Platform are illustrative estimates generated from available profile data. They are not guarantees, forecasts, offers, or representations of actual outcomes.
You acknowledge that any decision you make based on information presented on the Platform is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiyadaX9, its owners, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any form of issue, dispute, loss, damage, claim, or disagreement arising from introductions, connections, collaborations, transactions, or relationships initiated or facilitated through the Platform is solely between the parties involved. RiyadaX9 and the Platform bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the conduct, actions, omissions, representations, or performance of any member, community, or third party.
Community administrators and members are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information they submit, including directory data uploaded via spreadsheet or forms.
By submitting content, you grant RiyadaX9 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or that contains personal data of third parties without their consent.
Introduction requests and connections made through the Platform are forwarded to the relevant parties. RiyadaX9 does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any member, community, company, or opportunity listed on the Platform.
Any agreement, transaction, or relationship entered into as a result of an introduction is strictly between the parties involved. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by scraping or harvesting data, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Platform's operation, impersonating others, or using the Platform for spam, solicitation outside its intended purpose, or any unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
The Platform, its design, visualizations, branding, and underlying technology are the property of RiyadaX9 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiyadaX9 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
